Description

The South Luangwa Park is one of the greatest wildlife sanctuaries in the world, and not without reason. The concentration of game around the Luangwa River and its ox bow lagoons is among the most intense in Africa and affords fantastic game viewing opportunities. We offer comfortable, rustic but modern accommodation in twelve secluded thatched chalets set under Ebony trees along the Mfuwe Lagoon. Each chalet is well ventilated with large windows and high ceilings and decorated to create a rich African feel, and suite features include en-suite bathroomand indoor shower with a full range of amenities, separate toilet and an outside shower for complete comfort.  A separate Lounge and private patio overlooking the Lagoon allows for close-up and safe viewing of birds and wildlife that frequently visit the lagoon.
